Now that you have learned about Equine Massage Therapy from the website, there are some of you who have requested to learn more about equine therapy in a hands-on clinic. So, here it is........ I am now available to teach half day, full day and 2 day clinics at your farm or stable. Coming soon, I will be able to teach clinics at my own facility. About the Clinician |
All clinics are taught by Tina Marie Fiste, professional equine therapist. Tina holds a 1000 Hour Diploma from The Health Enrichment Center of Therapeutic Massage. Health Enrichment Center is considered one of the top massage therapy schools in the country. The head instructor and founder of the school is Sandy Fritz. Sandy is the author of the text books used to teach massage therapy in schools all over the world. Note: One of the most popular equine massage therapy schools in the country offers only a 50 hour certification. Tina began her therapeutic massage career working with humans - receiving referrals from chiropractors. After realizing that her first love was really working with horses, she attended continuing equine education courses in Equine Myofascial Release, Equine Chiropractic Techniques, Healing Touch for Animals, as well as countless hours of self directed study in equine therapy. She now uses her education and experience to improve the lives of horses in her equine therapy business - Back in Balance Equine Therapy. Tina has attended many dressage clinics including Walter Zettl, Marina Genn, instructors from the Spanish Riding School, and many others. She is also a clicker trainer (horses and dogs) and enjoys trick training her horses. |
